Sponsored by the National Science Foundation and Trinity University, The Summer Undergraduate Research Experience was a program for talented chemistry students to participate in a 10-week research experience. During this period, students conducted research with faculty on a topic of the faculty's choosing. The program ended with a presentation by the student at the annual Symposium. The SURE program aimed to provide professional development for those interested in Chemistry research.
